Course Status Reports
February 2010 Course Status Reports have been posted.
Please check our Online Students Records website to see whether your student has received a report:
- Go to www.siprep.org/reports and enter your student's Student ID and PIN. (Forgotten ID and/or PIN? Click here.)
- Click the radio button labeled "Current Marks."
Course Status Reports are only required for students on Academic Probation and any students receiving a C- or lower. Teachers may also use these reports to suggest specific methods for improvement for students with grades higher than a C-. Please note that this is a grade-to-date and will not appear on the student's transcript. Feel free to contact your student's counselor if you wish to discuss the report.
If your student is in danger of receiving a "D" or "F" for the final grade, we recommend that you make plans early for a summer course to remediate the grade. Please contact the student's counselor if you have any questions.
Updating Contact Information
If you wish to make any changes to your contact information (address, phone, and email), please notify our Registrar, Mrs. Kipp, at kkipp@siprep.org or 415-731-7500, ext. 232.
